Inuit people
The Inuit are a group of culturally similar indigenous people inhabiting the Artic regions of Greenland, Canada, and Alaska. The Inuit languages are part of the Eskimo-Aleut family. Inuit consume a diet of foods that are fished, hunted, and gathered locally.

According to Edmund Searles in his article "Food and the Making of Modern Inuit Identities", they consume this type of diet because a mostly meat diet is "effective in keeping the body warm, making the body strong, keeping the body fit, and even making that body healthy",

Because the climate of the Arctic is ill-suited for agriculture and lacks forageable plant matter for much of the year, the traditional Inuit diet is lower in carbohydrates and higher in fat and animal protein compared to the global average. When carbohydrate intake is inadequate for total energy requirements, protein is broken down in the liver through gluconeogenesis and utilized as an energy source. Inuit studied in the 1970s were found to have abnormally large livers, presumably to assist in this process.

(Anti) meat eaters
People who are anti meat eaters think that people who do eat meat are more agressive and abusers than those who eat plants. Well this is a huge misconception and is a judgement based in ignorance. I know several people who eat animals that are very loving people and it even hurts them to eat them but they need the nutrients and they were vegans before. So no we can not generalize this and we need to be very careful in our judgements.

And also we need to think about this: why is it kinder to eat and kill / murder plants than to eat and kill / murder animals? I am not referring to the industry because both are very harmful and that is a proven fact and we should not deny that.

In ritual sexual child abuse predators take the blood, flesh, and other fluids of the children... in short their lifeforce energy... and yes this is true and this is absolutely not accepted at all! I know that vegans love to judge meat eaters that they do the same with animals. But again what is the difference with taken the lifeforce energy of animals or plants?

Working the land as is done in the veggie industry also is harmful for the destruction of the frequencies in the Earth collective ánd in Earth Herself / the soil: we only need to look into the work of Viktor Schauberger to get this (google Viktor Schauberger).

Both animals ánd plants do not want to give their lives to humans because of the consciousness humans have today.

Both animals ánd plants want to contribute to human health if being taken good care of.

I am not talking about the industries.. I am talking about a true living together with plant ánd animal life in permaculture environments.

So what can we do?
- grow our own veggies and fruits and forage for them in free nature;
- buy local veggies from small local farms who work in a biodynamic way / don't use any fertiligers, don't work the soil but build the soil;
- raise our own animals and work with them to build the soil, get eggs and milk from, and even food;
- buy your meat from a local farm which works like a wrote above;
- don't buy milk in the supermarket or even in the bio shop (hm the label bio is often not so bio);
- don't buy eggs in the supermarket;
- don't buy veggies in the supermarket and also not in the bio shop (hm again the label bio is often not so bio):
- also keep in mind what you use on your skin and brush your teeth with;
- I could go on...

In short: stay away from the industries, both industries and teach yourself in how to do it yourself. And look out for the true biodynamic farmers: both local farmers who grow veggies in a biodynamic way and use no fertiligers, and farmers with very few animals, grass fed, no vaccinations, no anti-biotics: a combination of both is mirroring natural life.

Time to research and be far less judgemental!

And again: both the meat Bio Industry and the plant Bio Industry is not what many people think they are... Both are harmful and I have pointed this out so many times below this post now! There is also NO excuse to support the veggie industry.

When you have a good connection with your plants they of course want to contribute to your health. Same is true for animals. There is no difference in plants and animals whatsoever: both have feelings, can experience pain and fear and so on...

Through emotions people can not perceive this all from a neutral perspective and observation and become judgemental mostly to people who choose to insert meat in their diet.

Food forests
Growing food forests, which includes animals for food, would be a wonderful option. We can learn so much from nature herself: a natural ecological system includes animals as well.

Animals in the Permaculture System (which is using natural ecological system and mirrors it)

BE(coming) aware of how we treat the planet, the soil, animal life, and plant life is the way to go.

We are so far removed from the natural cycles of life, from the biological connections, that we are utterly confused on such matters. So again: the answer is to BE(come) aware of how we treat the planet, etc. and to BE(come) aware of our place in the bigger ecology of planetary life.

And regarding our health: connect with your body wisdom to feel what diet is good and healthy for you.

We need to become more knowledgeable and tolerant to people who choose to add meat to their diet
Not the meat from the bio industry of course but meat from grass fed animals who are also not vaccinated and no anti-biotics. There are 3 people in my friendslist on Facebook now that eat a paleo keto diet which were vegan / vegetarian before and became fat or suffered from cancer or felt overall not vital and healthy. Since they eat the paleo keto diet they have lost weight, feel far more energetic, their cancer becomes smaller, and they feel overall more vital and healthy (they do not use supplements and are aware of the insights of German New Medicine but their bodies need the energy from meat according to themselves...).

I know that the idea of eating meat is something that vegan / vegetarians consider unthinkable. That is their free choice of course. But most of them think that eating veggies is more kinder to our environment and that is not true. That is why I share this article. Furthermore I share this article because it can be that a vegetarian is experiencing health issues but doesn't allow themselves to think of the possibility to add meat to their diet (again). So I like to shed light on these beliefs and ideas. Also vegetarians think that animals have feelings and plants have not. This is also not true.

In this article you can find what we can do for a healthy environment and living together with animal ánd plant life.
